OUR PROJECT

Xavier Nagar is the first project of this firm and also the first Christian Township in this area. It was started in 2001, located at Ranchi Itki Road, Near Gutwa Talab, Fly Over. It was started only with 2.5 acres of land and now it has been spreaded upto eight acres. More than twenty Duplex has been completed and more than fifty families are residing in this township.

Pragati Nagar is the second project of the firm. This is the Mega Project planned for hundred household Township. The whole project has been developing in three stages. This Township includes Residential alongwith some Commercial and Farm House.

– Rohtas Nagar is the third project of the firm . This township reflects the origin place of Oraons, The Rohtas Garh. Here any one can get all taste of oraons . Thats why oraons are love to resides in Rohtas Nagar. Itki Road, Near Gutwa Talab, Fly Over
